One School District.

Many Faces.

With more than 75,000 students and 90 languages and dialects spoken, Fort Bend ISD is one of the most culturally diverse school districts in the state of Texas. They needed a solution that would give counselors back time. Thankfully, Fort Bend put Mesa Cloud into action long before the start of the pandemic.

Their decision to launch Mesa Cloud in the summer of 2019 meant that when the pandemic started in March 2020, counselors weren’t forced to spend hours manually resolving transcript and scheduling errors. Mesa Cloud, integrated with the district’s existing SIS and other education technology solutions, was able to automatically identify and clear errors that would have overwhelmed counselors.

A Digital Safety Net

Faces Off Against

Coronavirus Chaos

Despite the rapid escalation of the crisis, Mesa Cloud was ready as the system of record for student progress tracking. By the time the pandemic struck, districtwide, Fort Bend was using Mesa Cloud as an academic pacemaker for every student providing a “digital safety net” ideal for the moment learning went remote.
